Movable Ink is looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented problem solver to join our Revenue Operations team as we scale and look to leverage performance data in real-time.

By collaborating and partnering with executives across the entire organization, you will build a unique breadth of comprehension in SaaS performance metrics and help create advanced reporting and analytics to enable our organization and its leaders to more effectively identify growth opportunities, faster. You will be the “source of truth” in the organization for all Go-To-Market reporting and insights. You will grow as a professional each day working with some of the brightest, most experienced minds in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Analysis: Analyze revenue data, sales metrics, and financial reports to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimization. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Collect, validate, and maintain revenue-related data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue forecasts, and sales metrics. Present findings to stakeholders and provide data-driven insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline revenue-related processes and improve operational efficiency. Work cross-functionally to implement process changes, automation, and best practices. Continuously monitor process performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with teams across the organization, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer success. Align revenue strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years experience closely working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketo, Zendesk)
  • Strong attention to detail, with a history of producing defensible and scalable reporting in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to set realistic expectations and deliver on them
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), including translating complex analysis into meaningful and clear insights and recommendations
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and conducting analyses across multiple data sources and systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketo, and Tableau experience a plus)
  • 2-4+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations, SaaS experience a plus

The base pay range for this position is $85,000-$97,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
