About the Role and the Department

Catchafire’s Revenue Operations team is responsible for developing the tools, processes, and systems needed to supercharge our revenue teams and build stronger connections across sales, marketing, and operations . We are hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst who will be responsible for revenue analysis and ensuring the quality of our client data. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves answering difficult questions with data and gets excited about a flawlessly organized spreadsheet. The Revenue Operations Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

  • You will own data quality for the entire revenue function, working with the RevOps team and other stakeholders to implement data governance and quality control
  • You will be a super admin for Hubspot - our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system - and ensure the data the enters the system is excellent
  • You will advise on best practices and ways to improve our processes by using the CRM system most effectively
  • You will support the management team by leading relevant analyses and offering actionable insight into areas of opportunity
  • You’ll build forecasts and revenue models to assist with business planning
  • You will own weekly and monthly reporting for the RevOps team, providing key performance metrics updates to the revenue leaders on a regular basis
  • You will build and maintain a library of reports, definitions, and dashboards to be used as a resource for revenue management

Experience / Background

  • Relevant experience (perhaps 2-4 years) in an analyst, business operations, or systems administration role at a fast-paced company or organization
  • Experience in scripting languages or data analysis tool such SQL, R, or advanced Excel
  • Experience building financial models and sharing insights with leadership teams
  • Experience working with CRMs (Hubspot experience a plus)
  • Experience building out systems and automating tasks
