  • Owning, building, and rolling out new processes.

  • 4-8 years of professional work experience in a fast-moving environment and cross-functional role (e.g. consulting, investment banking, FP&A, business operations, etc).
  • Data-centric and analytical background, with advanced skill in Google Sheets or Excel and experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous problems, and solve them with critical thinking and tenacity.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, such that you’re able to collaborate with and influence team members across the org – from executives to frontline employees.
  • Highly positive and team-first mentality.

Bonus Points:

  • Insurance or other regulated industry
  • Authoring effective memos
  • Building top notch dashboards in Looker (or a similar tool)

Oh, and don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

  • Remote work
  • Generous equity package
  • 401K with company match
