The GRAIL People Analytics Team’s vision is to empower business users to make better people decisions using Data and Analytics. While we continue our digital HR transformation journey, we are looking for our next team member with passion and the technical skills to allow this vision to come to life. The Senior Professional, People Analytics & Automation will build analytics dashboards and help bring Analytics and metrics to the People function.

We are looking for a motivated self-learner with good analytical skills who can function in a dynamic environment to join our team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities;

    • Responsible for partnering with business users in the people team to support the build-out of HR metrics, trends, reports, and dashboards to enable business insights
    • Support the facilitation of ad hoc reporting and data requests by looking for opportunities for self-service and automation and working closely with other members of the People analytics team
    • Analyze business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose a plan of RPA strategy for data governance
    • Contribute to the design, development, and testing of RPA processes and updating dashboards
    • Conduct analyses to identify trends, determine the root cause of problems, and figure out solutions to manage them and drive effective business decisions
    • Design, develop and create complex dashboards, reports, presentations, and visual aids designed to educate, inform, and influence the decisions of business leaders, the People team and key partners (Finance, Legal)
    • Go beyond the numbers to extract key insights and stories from data to measure progression and communicate these insights and stories to key People team members and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Provide coaching to People team members and key partners on the interpretation of data to advance the use of analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
    • Partner closely with People Services to ensure that systems and data catalogs align to the analytical and data reporting needs

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities);

    • Excellent customer service focus and experience
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, within all levels of the organization
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities
    • Ability to blend different data sources and create reports/ dashboards utilizing Tableau, Workday and Prism
    • Ability to identify improvements in processes and enhance the efficiency of report delivery models and reporting functionality
    • Use RPA technology to develop scalable and efficient process automation

Education And / Or Experience;

    • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Decision Sciences, Statistics or related field
    • Minimum five (5) years of experience analyzing data in a business environment required; experience with HR data, metrics, and business process strongly preferred
    • Proficiency in Workday reporting, dashboards and analytics
    • 1-2 years of experience in RPA business analysis
    • Demonstrated experience developing data models with Tableau or Prism
    • Experience creating Data Catalogs and managing data migration with various tools
The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $86K-$115K. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.

Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
