The Opportunity
Unity Technologies is looking for an analytical, thorough, and motivated individual to join our Accelerate Solutions Team as Senior BI Analyst. This role will work with senior leaders and provide insightful reporting and analysis of multi disciplinary data across various systems.
The Unity Accelerate Solutions team is a fast growing 800+ team delivering Web3 professional services globally across multiple industries. In this role, you will be part of our Studio Management / Business Operations team, helping to provide business insights and recommendations in order to drive efficiencies in day-to-day rhythm of the business, as well as set-up Accelerate Solutions for fast growth and scale.
A successful candidate will have an analytical mind and love for data, combined with business knowledge and competence, and who is able to derive meaningful insights from large pools of sophisticated data. The role requires use of several systems (Kantata, Salesforce, Looker) but does not require these prior systems experience, but rather a validated ability to learn different data management / visualization systems.
What You Will Be Doing
- Defining insightful analysis and building workforce management reporting using Kantata (MavenLink) (Utilization, Resourcing, skill planning)
- Defining insightful analysis and building reporting around professional services projects using Salesforce (project portfolio, margin analysis, sales-cycle analysis, etc.)
- Providing support in data manipulation / analysis during financial processes (forecasting, revenue recognition)
- Linking data and analysis to business health and business / financial insights, and providing business recommendations based on analysis and reporting
- Building executive-level presentations / reporting / communications memos based on data

You Might Also Have
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Kantata (MavenLink), Looker, PowerBI
- Experience and/or understanding of professional services business model
- Ability to learn and effectively use new IT systems
