You'll work across our teams to identify high-impact priorities, translate these into data needs, and fill these needs through data analysis, report automation, and clear communication.

About the role

• Address complex business questions through data exploration, visualization, and storytelling
• Design and automate reporting that delivers valuable industry benchmarking to our customers
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and client experience teams to build and deliver projects and products
• Develop, deploy, and maintain data transformations that integrate diverse data sources while following best practices to ensure query efficiency and data integrity
• Establish processes that reduce time to insight, promote data integrity, and scale our business intelligence capabilities
• Demonstrate technical solutions that enhance the tools available to business intelligence analysts at ThreeFlow

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other concentrations with heavy quantitative focus
• 5+ years analytics and/or business intelligence experience including data cleansing and visualization
• Able to look beyond an immediate request to understand relevance to the business and provide constructive feedback as needed to ensure a focus on high impact results
• Clear communicator with technical and non-technical partners
• You love diving into unfamiliar problems and are humble enough to make mistakes and iterate
• Strong working knowledge of SQL
• Experience in Python or R
• Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Experience with dbt preferred
• Comfortable working with remote team members
