Location: Bay Area, CA

As Senior Business Operations Manager for GoDaddy.com, you’ll work across product and marketing teams to drive growth in customer retention, LTV & NPS. You will be responsible for building a deep understanding of the business drivers for customer success and will use that understanding to identify and prioritize new opportunities with partner teams. You will also partner with senior leadership to make business-critical decisions on how resources should be invested in order to meet growth targets, and will track progress on strategic goals.

The ideal candidate should be deeply analytical, have a strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills.

What you'll get to do...

Lead new initiatives from prioritization to test & iteration

  • Develop the financial model & business case for new growth initiatives and partner with PMs, marketers and senior leadership on strategic priorities
  • Ensure new initiatives are broken down into testable hypotheses and are properly sequenced for delivery
  • Work closely with PMs & analysts to draw accurate conclusions from each test and propose next steps & iterations

Become the subject matter authority

  • Develop & maintain a deep understanding of your area of the business and effectively communicate business performance to partner teams and senior leaders
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the business and lead efforts to root cause any issues as they arise
  • Find opportunities to improve business performance and communicate insights to partner teams 

Your experience should include...

  • 5+ years experience in business operations, management consulting, product management or business intelligence
  • 1+ year experience with SQL
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence partners and stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical and modeling capabilities
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts
  • An innate bias toward action and a strong self-starter
