We are seeking a Senior Data Analysis & Insights Consultant who will work as part of a multidisciplinary project team, providing idea leadership across all phases of insight development and help drive growth in our insights-driven design department. This Senior Consultant will work closely with our Design and Content Teams by using Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics data to co-innovate on site design activities, such as experience audits, content audits, user journeys, and user personas. They will also advocate for insights-driven approaches internally and externally.

Role and Responsibilities

    • Leads insights-driven analytics activities in multi-team projects with little oversight and effectively communicates across departments
    • Transforms web analytics data into actionable insights and tailors messaging based on audience
    • Collaborates heavily with our Design and Content Teams to co-innovate on site design activities
    • Identifies gaps in data collection strategy that will enable further insights-driven capabilities
    • Strives to go beyond technical execution and emphasizes dot connection and strategic vision
    • Becomes integral contributor to Insights-Driven Design Task Force
    • Identifies additional opportunities for analytics and design collaboration
    • Leads business development activities, including project estimation
    • Mentors more associate team members
    • Helps facilitate cross-practice collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience in digital marketing consulting for Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree demonstrating skills in quantitative methods; advanced degrees a plus; additional education or certifications a plus
    • Experience creating data collection strategies a plus
    • Experience with Data Studio a plus
    • Experience with A/B testing a plus
