About the Role
Reporting to the Analytics Lead, the Senior Data Analyst will be a crucial part of the analytics team behind data driven decision-making at Rula. In this dynamic role, you will focus on the Marketplace analytics, partnering with senior leaders across the company and be responsible for guiding data maturity, developing recurring operational dashboards and key performance indicator trackers connected to roadmap execution, to leading ad hoc exploratory analyses to test and then refine hypotheses related to critical business questions.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or higher with background in Math, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or other quantitative fields
5+ years of experience working directly as a data analyst or similar role on analytics-based teams
Expertise pulling large and complex data using SQL and writing data pipelines
Previous experience working with cross-functional teams to understand stakeholder needs and prioritizations

Analytical experience within a startup or marketplace environment
Prior experience with DBT (or similar data pipeline tools) and Looker (or similar BI tools)
Proficiency with Python or similar scripting tools for analytics
Knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing
