We’re hiring for a Senior Level Data Analyst to help Auth0 drive measurable business impact. You’ll help the team discover new opportunities for business and user growth by digging into large complex data sets and learning where the Growth team should run a/b experiments. You’ll be a key owner of how reporting, metrics, and data processes function, and help ensure our data and metrics are working as expected with various databases and tools.

This role is 100% remote and is open to hiring anywhere in the US, Canada, Argentina or Uruguay.

About the Growth team: We help accelerate growth for Auth0 by optimizing key business and engagement metrics via web experiments and a/b tests. We are a group of Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers who lean on our Senior Data Analyst to identify data insights that can drive impactful revenue growth and assist in the data and reporting integrity of our a/b tests and experiments. Culturally, we’re a creative, curious bunch that likes to tweak and challenge the status quo to help the company increase growth!

What You Will Do

• Perform detailed analysis on the business both on a regular and ad hoc basis.
• Recommend actions/initiatives based on your discoveries.
• Build and maintain models and dashboards..
• Assist our Growth Strategists in analyzing the results of A/B experiments.
• Help scale experimentation processes; uncover ways we can improve A/B testing.
• Act as a Growth team point of contact with other reporting and data teams.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience working in a data role, ideally at some point in/with SaaS companies
• Ability to write, analyze, and debug complex SQL queries
• An understanding of Data Warehouse design, ETL (Extraction, Transformation & Load)
• Fluent in Python or R
• An understanding of statistics, including experimentation and A/B testing (eg. statistical significance, following the ICE model)
• An interest in ML and AI
• Familiarity with Tableau, Looker
• Excited to dig into large complex data sets
• Ability to work independently, establish priorities and demonstrate good judgment skills
• Thrive and push to get high-impact initiatives done in a complex environment
• A self-starter constantly looking to grow and learn.
• A teammate who understands the importance of collaboration.

Additional Flare

• Enjoy programming and software development. Knows how to code. You’d have opportunities to do this on the team as well.
• Familiarity with dbt, Airflow is a plus but not required
• Experience with Heap
• A passion for identity and authentication
