Since Opendoor first started operating in 2014, we’ve learned a lot about buying, managing, and selling real estate. The Open Exchange business aims to share our learnings by offering our technology and processes to institutional single-family-home investment partners. Open Exchange is uniquely positioned to be the vertically integrated lead, data, and transaction solution – the industry source of truth with the most scalable transaction engine.
In the role of Senior Research Scientist within the Open Exchange Data team, you will focus on developing customer-facing data projects and research. Your work will provide a deep understanding of the dynamics of home sales and rentals, benefiting both Open Exchange and its clientele. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our strategic direction and that of our partners, focusing on optimizing home rentals and sales.
Lastly, you will be on the front lines of our partnerships and brand development, creating content marketing materials, newsletters and pitch decks that highlight our differentiated data and insights, drive our brand, and ultimately enable Open Exchange to win revenue.
