You will have a strong handle on SQL, software engineering, statistical concepts, and Machine Learning tooling and infrastructure.

  • You can engage with various levels of SMEs (both Technical and Functional) to explain findings, build interactive demos/POCs to showcase concepts and take the concept to a production solution/product as ideas mature.
  • Collaborate with a variety of functional SMEs across various internal and external (product) domains to identify, explore and iterate on concepts to determine the feasibility and viability of solutions.
  • Formulate a systematic “funnel” methodology to efficiently iterate concepts via POCs, model benchmarking, data visualization, and explainability via Jupyter Notebooks/Streamlit POCs.
  • Design and Develop middleware/APIs for ML serving
  • Model building leveraging the latest techniques (Neural Networks as well as SciKitLearn)
  • Deploy models in a production-grade pipeline with proper monitoring (operational, data drift, etc)
  • Interface directly with product teams and SMEs to explore and iterate on funding and determine viability to productize.  Explain findings to a non-technical audience. Strong communication skills are required.
  • As needed, lead other data scientists and team members to drive a highly efficient process with reusable assets to reduce overall time to model.
  • Coordinate with multiple internal and external teams and functions to build highly reusable data and UI/UX assets/components

  • 3+ years experience with deep learning frameworks (Pytorch, Tensorflow) and LLM frameworks such as Langchain
  • 1+ years experience with Generative AI multi-modal LLMs for both base foundational use as well as training of LLMs for specific domain-specific use cases
  • 5+ years experience with a variety of Modeling techniques (classification, clustering, time series, tabular data, etc).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and junior data scientists, working with business stakeholders, and roadmap/project management.
  • Experience with K8s and containerized solutions is a plus.
  • Experience across structured and unstructured databases and data sets as part of data preparation/cleansing for exploratory and model analysis.
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, Linux, Git, Jenkins, and modern CI/CD pipelines is a plus
  • Experience with Finance/Fintech space a plus
