About the role:

The FP&A team plays an integral role in shaping decisions that drive Dashlane's growth. You will gain exposure to key stakeholders (including the Exec Team) and will see the impact of your contributions on the Company's strategy across all departments: finance, product, marketing and more. You will own complex analyses, reporting, and models that influence strategic business decisions. 

This role can be either in person our New York office, or work remotely in the US. We offer relocation support. 

At Dashlane you will:

• Own aspects of the FP&A workflow throughout the year, including but not limited to budget, reforecast, and monthly variance analysis
• Contribute to the preparation of Financial & Business KPI reports delivered to our Exec Team and Board of Directors
• On an ad-hoc basis, model key initiatives and analyze their impacts (e.g. Product and Marketing cost benefit analyses)
• Identify risks and opportunities that will improve the business and guide strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with the Finance team to scale and improve its processes supporting the very ambitious growth plan of the Company
• Work cross-functionally with all departments

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Banking, Consulting, Audit or a similar position with demonstrated knowledge of forecasting, planning, and financial statement analysis

• Knowledge of the SaaS business industry and its relevant metrics
• Advanced Excel abilities; you can build and manage complex models
• Prior experience with SQL and/or Data Visualization (Tableau software for example)

• Prior experience working with information systems (NetSuite for example)
