We’re looking for an experienced analyst to join our growing team. The Growth Analytics - Operations team is responsible for uncovering data driven insights to inform short and long term strategies across consumer servicing, agent efficiency, quality management, voice of customer, forecasting, and repayment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving ability, and prior experience in the customer operations space, as well as proven social skills to work effectively with both internal and external partners to drive forward recommendations.
