We’re looking for an experienced analyst to join our growing team. The Growth Analytics - Operations team is responsible for uncovering data driven insights to inform short and long term strategies across consumer servicing, agent efficiency, quality management, voice of customer, forecasting, and repayment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving ability, and prior experience in the customer operations space, as well as proven social skills to work effectively with both internal and external partners to drive forward recommendations.

What you'll do

• Utilize both industry and internal trends to produce insights that influence strategy for customer operations that directly impact user experience and the company bottom-line
• Own and monitor key metrics, defining meaningful measurement and building intuitive dashboards
• Cultivate relationships by collaborating with our Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, Customer Care, Compliance, and Risk teams to operationalize strategies
• Maintain a strong understanding of our evolving data warehouse and data modeling tools
• Help define the team culture within our growing Operations Analytics team!

What we look for

• Passion to redefine the lending and financial industry for the better
• Preferably 3+ years of proven ability in an analytical role with some experience in the quality assurance or customer operations domain
• Solid understanding of analytical tools (such as SQL, Jupyter Notebook, Python, Looker) and familiarity with experimentation
• Excellent work ethic - takes ownership beyond own responsibility and handle timelines/results effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functionally and influence both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
• A knack for finding insights in data and driving measurable change based on those insights
