The Self-Serve Growth Team, which this role sits within, grows revenue by building and optimizing best-in-class experiences that demonstrate Klaviyo’s value across all aspects of the self-serve customer funnel, from acquisition to retention and advocacy. We obsess over our users’ journeys, both on the dotcom website and within the product, and partner closely with teams from around Klaviyo to design and test improvements to these experiences.
About the role
Klaviyo is looking for a Growth Analyst to join our Self-Serve Growth team; in particular, supporting the Self-Serve Assist Team (SSA). The Self-Serve Assist (SSA) team uses live-chat and email to drive website visitors’ conversion to Klaviyo Accounts. SSA offers automated and scaled support moments in the customer journey that benefit from a light-touch human interaction to decide, convert, retain or upsell.
The Growth Analyst will be responsible for building out the analytical ecosystem supporting this high-revenue-impact initiative. Furthermore, a large focus of the Growth Analyst will be identifying areas for expansion of the chat & email tools, in close collaboration with the SSA Program Manager. This analyst will partner closely with our SSA Program Manager, Marketing Analytics, Sales Ops, and Business intelligence. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in web analytics, sales ops, cross-functional communication, analytical thinking, and project management.
