The Senior ML Architect will have expertise in architecting, designing, deploying, and implementing state-of-the-art generative AI and ML solutions for novel problem sets.

The successful candidate will collaborate with ML scientists and engineers to research, design and develop cutting-edge generative AI algorithms to address real-world challenges. They will work across teams and projects to understand the needs and adoption patterns, interact with end users directly to understand the business problem, help and aid them in implementation of generative AI solutions, deliver briefing and deep dive sessions to customers and guide teams on adoption patterns and paths for AI and ML. You will create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, sample code, and presentations adapted to technical, business, and executive stakeholders. You will provide end-user and market feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help define product direction. You will work with a diverse team of Architects, ML Scientists, and Strategists to help and guide end-users in their journey to adopt generative AI.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Ideate. Work with cyber security experts and data scientists to help determine the right approach to deploying AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions at scale
  • Innovate. Work with large, complex AI & ML based solutions that meet of exceed customer expectations
  • Production. Help drive scalable solutions across the multitude of customers.
  • Interact. Work with Deepwatch’s largest clients to assess business and operational needs.
  • Problem Solve.  Provide alternate approaches and architectures to solve complex problems, assessing the pros and cons of each solution.
  • Represent the Deepwatch brand and company to customers, prospects, and vendors

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate:

  • 8+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or experience in a professional field or military
  • Experience architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions in enterprise customers
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders 
  • Experience hosting and deploying ML solutions (e.g., for training, tuning, and inferences)

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Working knowledge of AI, ML, and/or GenAI and hands on experience in deploying and hosting Large Foundational Models
  • Masters degree or PhD degree in Computer Science, or related technical, math, or scientific field
  • Hands on experience building models with deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch, or MXNet
  • Expertise deploying solutions on AWS

Statutory Pay Disclosure:

For applicants in NYC, CO, CA, RI, and WA, the salary range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000 + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
