Our innovative products necessitate the creation of novel machine learning solutions to drive both existing and new products.
The Billing ML team focuses on loan-centric user experiences after a customer takes up an Affirm loan. We support the management of a high-performing loan portfolio through well-designed and user-centric streams of reminders and communications across the lives of each user’s loans. Together with the initial credit underwriting decision, this post-loan optimization allows us to both select the right loans to give as well as help users pay them off successfully.
