What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as lead data strategist to identify and integrate new datasets that can be leveraged through our product capabilities, and work closely with the engineering team in the development of data products
  • Work with business stakeholders to develop the reporting strategy and create the dashboards to tell a holistic story of customer engagement, product performance, and revenue contribution to the business. Additionally, this person is to influence senior executives to inform business decisions using research-based insights
  • Execute analytical experiments (A/B tests, causal inference) to help solve problems across various domains and industries
  • Build from the ground-up client-facing reporting productized in the UI that centers around actionable insights and personalization
  • Help to keep the ETL footprint to its maximum point of efficiency across the business
  • Analyze site behavior for via tagging, tracking, and behavioral analytics

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 7+ years of experience in Analytics, Analytics Engineering, and/or Data Science
  • Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis
  • 5+ years of experience in predictive modeling
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau/Sigma (or a similar Modern Visualization software), SQL, and statistical programming languages (ex: R/Python)
  • Ability to work effectively and independently across several concurrent projects
  • 2+ years of managerial experience

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in statistics, applied mathematics, or related discipline
  • Project management experience
  • Retail Media Ads experience
  • Product Analytics experience
  • Financial Products (payments/banking) Reporting experience
