The Finance Strategy and Analytics (FS&A) team is responsible for providing analysis and recommendations to inform strategic and operational decision-making across the company. We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of analysts and provide data-centric guidance to our Investor Relations, Marketing & PR, and executive team. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role that will offer substantial senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to drive long-term shareholder value in a hyper-growth environment at scale.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading high-performing analytics teams, delivering results, complete ownership of work and excellent business judgment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance and data analysts.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Ensure team members have clear goals, receive regular feedback, and have opportunities for professional growth.
Investor Relations Support:
- Collaborate with the investor relations team to prepare for quarterly earnings calls and other investor-related communications.
- Provide timely and accurate financial data and analysis to support investor inquiries and presentations.
Marketing and PR Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and PR teams to leverage data for thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance the company’s market positioning and public perception.
Executive Reporting:
- Own and maintain cross-functional executive reporting content.
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of reports and presentations for the executive team.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key insights effectively.
Cross-Functional Analytical Projects:
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and solve complex business problems through data analysis.
- Ensure that analytical projects are aligned with company objectives and deliver actionable insights.
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in finance, analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expert in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, seaborn, etc)
- Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, high attention to detail, collaborative, and comfort in working in a matrix organization

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
Pay Range
$145,000—$232,000 USD
