Splash Financial is seeking a new Senior Marketing Analyst in the Marketing Analytics Team to help analyze. report on, and optimize various marketing campaigns with direct mail as a key area of focus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

    • Track, report, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and streamline the automation of regular reporting and data processes
    • Build dashboards and data visualization reports in business intelligence platforms to intuitively demonstrate the business performance KPIs
    • Assist the direct mail channel team with objectives including new customer acquisition, , winback campaigns, optimizing CAC and driving ROI to meet business objectivesSupport direct mail experimental design, hypothesis definition, target selection, and analysis on campaign efficacy, and incrementality
    • Work with key internal and external partners to refine models and optimize for increased response rate, conversion, risk and other KPIs
    • Analyze and report on campaigns to help drive performance improvements and growth opportunities by lowering costs, shortening campaign cycle times, improving response rates and other optimization techniques
    • Work with print vendors to confirm selection criteria, print segment coding, and other tagging as required to measure success from programs
    • Support channel forecasting and provide guidance on expected and actualized responders, applicants and lending activity
    • Assist with campaign execution by providing data support across platforms, including processing the data, scoring and selecting the target audience, segment allocation, model application, and suppression
    • Analyze external and internal business data using database queries, spreadsheet (Excel) models, and statistical analysis tools to fulfill ad-hoc analytical requests
    • Analyze online customer behavioral and acquisition data to provide insights and learnings to improve marketing ROI, segmentation, and campaign performance
    • Support the development and application of attribution models that help measure the performance of our marketing channels holistically
    • Support A/B and multivariate testing including hypothesis definition, designing experiments, calculating sample sizes, and performing the statistics calculation
    • Develop and improve processes that streamline analytical components within campaign execution and model applications
    • Present analytical project deliverables and insights on a regular basis to senior leadership
    • Perform other responsibilities and projects as assigned

ABOUT YOU

    • Previous experience working with Direct Mail programs required
    • Strong analytical sense and data driven thinking
    • Bachelor’s or higher degree in statistics, business, computer science or similar quantitative fields
    • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing and/or analytics in the Financial Services industry (banking, lending, or fintech)
    • 2+ years of experience of using BI tools (Tableau, Sisense, Power BI, etc.)
    • Fluency in SQL and/or other statistical computer languages (SAS, Python, R, etc.)
    • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to deliver results under aggressive timelines and with quality
