We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to help us move the business forward with data and insights. This role will have executive visibility and will drive change through the full revenue funnel.

You’ll partner closely with our data and go-to-market teams to provide actionable insights through reporting and analysis, and your recommendations will help us make better-informed decisions. As an expert of our marketing and sales data, you will play a critical role in shaping our overall marketing plans and will contribute to cross-functional strategy discussions.

This role will also drive a variety of data initiatives, from building out marketing attribution and lead lifecycle reporting, to operationalizing our data to effectively leverage our self-serve lead funnel for our enterprise sales team.

As a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager, you’ll:

• Partner with go-to-market strategy leads to advise on our plans ahead.
• Collaborate with the data team on strategic data initiatives.

• Contribute to our attribution framework: data collection, channel mapping, and analysis to connect the dots from prospect to customer.
• Write SQL queries to enable our PQL motion.
• Manage lead lifecycle reporting to monitor the health of our sales funnel.
• Own marketing channel performance reporting: how are we pacing toward our goals? What’s working and what’s not?
• Build reports and dashboards in Tableau for multiple audiences, from individual marketing teams to the CMO.
• Manage marketing cookie and event tracking in partnership with our frontend engineering team.

• Enable marketers to own their reporting needs.
• Communicate key insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager if you:

• Love data — finding, curating, modeling, syncing, visualizing, analyzing, and synthesizing!
• Are naturally curious — when something looks wrong, you triage and make it known.
• Are PLG-savvy — you have worked with both self-serve and enterprise lead funnels.
• Are extremely detail-oriented — you don’t miss a beat.
• Have strong technical skills — you can write SQL and build meaningful visualizations in BI tools like Tableau autonomously.
• Can translate business requirements to technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Can turn insights into action and distill the most important information.
• Have experience with a modern marketing and data tech stack. We use:
• Marketo — MAP
• Salesforce — CRM
• Snowflake — Data Warehouse
• Tableau — Business Intelligence
• Segment — CDP
• Census — Reverse ETL
• ZoomInfo — Enrichment
