To accelerate our growth trajectory, we're seeking engineers with experience in GenAI and LLM technologies to join the team. You will play a pivotal role in designing and building innovative solutions to our customers. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment working hand-in-hand with other engineers and product managers to deliver products that have a significant impact on our business and improve the financial lives of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and other data scientists to understand business requirements and build products that leverage GenAI and LLM technologies.
• Leverage (and possibly) refine large language models to develop cutting-edge features for our cash flow performance and AR automation product.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLM and related technologies, and apply them to our financial products (Cashflow management, Accounts Receivables Automation etc) to solve real-world problems 
• Act as a subject matter expert on GenAI and LLM architectures, providing guidance and support to relevant efforts within the company.
• Employ prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune LLM interactions, achieving tailored and contextually appropriate responses that elevate the consumer experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience working in Machine Learning and Data Science.
• Proficient in the implementation, integration, and management of large language models, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and potential applications.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and fine tuning concepts for LLM performance.
• Experience creating and using vectorized databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Strong technical background in AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and related disciplines, with hands-on experience designing and implementing AI solutions.
• Experience using statistical learning algorithms such as GLM, XGBoost, and Random Forest to build product features.
• Advanced skills in programming and scripting, particularly in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and deployment of containerized applications (e.g Docker, Kubernetes)
