AdRoll is looking for a proven and collaborative Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join the AdRoll Sales and Marketing Operations & Strategy Team. This is a highly visible role that will work closely with Senior Leadership in Sales, Finance & Marketing, to develop and execute our sales strategy, model and forecast revenue scenarios, track business performance metrics, and guide the sales organization toward company-level sales goals. The impact you’ll make:

  • Run projects with stakeholders to make decisions on topics including: forecasting, go-to-market strategy, growth/churn strategy, process improvement, and small/medium scope sales experiments
  • Assist in reporting and operationalizing key sales and bookings performance metrics, reporting tools and dashboards to help drive insights and action
  • Prepare, calculate and analyze monthly and quarterly commissions & quotas for AdRoll’s Sales and Account Management teams
  • Draw insights from rigorous analyses, develop informed recommendations, and lead implementation on the most important opportunities and challenges the revenue-driving teams face
  • Leverage a data-driven approach in identifying opportunities for efficiency across the customer acquisition funnel and counsel senior business leaders about needed changes 
  • Track operational performance, manage financial/operational metrics to monitor performance and understand our goals, and complete ad-hoc analysis to inform strategic decisions around the sales pipeline
  • Partner closely with Sales Finance on Sales Plans and Quotas

Skills you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years experience in analytical and strategic roles within Sales, Strategy, Operations or Finance 
  • 3-5 years of business analysis and modeling experience for a sales division (fast growing SaaS company preferred)
  • 1-2 years of Anaplan experience OR 2+ years of experience building models with widely used planning and analytics applications 
  • Solid understanding of financial and sales planning processes, quota management and sales analytics & data integration (inbound and outbound)
  • Advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills used to position the vision and strategy of a project with a broad range of audiences, as well as the ability to articulate views clearly and concisely
  • Ability to define and measure critical metrics, build forecasts and dashboards for revenue driving teams to easily understand the health of the business, and find opportunities and build strategies to help them hit their goals
  • Ability to own and measure end to end sales funnel reporting
  • Must have software industry experience; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is necessary
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
