What You Will Do

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst is a member of the Global GTM Operations team and partners with finance, sales, revenue and other cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, effectiveness, and analytics, ensuring strong revenue attainment.

  • Drive strategy and business planning, and performance management support, with a focus on Professional Services, Insurance and Channel operations
  • Data Analysis: Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from various sources. Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive sales performance improvement.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide visibility into sales performance at different levels (individual, team, region, etc.). Present data in a visually appealing and easily understandable format.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the sales process and propose recommendations for improvement. 
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales insights and recommendations. Present findings, reports, and recommendations to sales leaders and stakeholders.
  • Provide overall support and departmental coordination for Global GTM Operations team inquiries, ad-hoc requests and projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 4+ years of working experience within planning, business operations, finance, sales/revenue operations, customer success management, or in management consulting roles for these functions.
  • Strong Experience with Salesforce.com, particularly in a B2B SaaS environment, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Requires an understanding of standard business practices related to Sales, Channel/Alliances or Customer Success processes and systems- experience with projects improving these processes is a plus.
  • Strong project and program management skills to implement cross functional change.
  • Some experience in either or both service sales operations and channel sales operations
  • Ability to support relationships that enable collaboration with Revenue Operations senior management, sales/service senior management, and cross functional stakeholders equally.
  • Self-starter with a keen attention for detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with tight time constraints
  • Able to manage ambiguity and shift priorities when needs change.
  • Channel operations experience a plus
