About the Job:

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst you will be responsible for the documentation and implementation of the sales infrastructure, with the mission of bringing on partners to further enrich our marketplace. We are looking for a driven and hungry entrepreneur who loves technology and wants to grow their career at a company poised to revolutionize local commerce. 

What you’ll do:

  • Strategically partner with vertical leaders to ensure alignment with teams' critical metrics and goals
  • Support each of our verticals with process and system improvements that optimize for scalable growth
  • Implement and maintain business processes that ensure data integrity across various databases
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support the Sales and Merchant Success teams
  • Own the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of managed packages and third-party system integrations 

What you need:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Operations Analyst with 5+ years in a relevant role
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • Hands-on experience supporting a sales team using Salesforce
  • Basic knowledge and ability to troubleshoot various marketing automation systems and Salesforce integrations, particularly Outreach.io 
  • A self-starter work ethic, ambitious personality, and competitive spirit
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, early-stage business, with demonstrated skills leading projects from concept to completion

  • Location: This is a fully-remote role that may sit anywhere in the United States. You're welcome to work from our DC, Austin, Chicago or New York office if you're in-region!
