Qualifications

In addition to your awesome attitude and values, we're looking for someone with the following skills:

• Expertise in at least one programming language (Python, Ruby, Haskell, Go, etc...)
• You're comfortable with git
• Experience with full-stack web development and ETL-pipelines
  
• An interest in machine learning and MLOps
• Excellent communication skills
• 5+ years as a software engineer

It's an added bonus if you have:

• An interest or curiosity around typed functional programming (we use Haskell & Purescript extensively)
• Prior experience working with Rails, Django, or another MVC web framework
• Worked remotely before
• Gone through the US college admissions process, or can articulate how it works
• Prior experience leading an engineering team
