The Senior Analyst, Audience Development & Insights, distribute actionable audience insights and analysis to drive both retention rates and growth. This individual possesses an intense curiosity and passion for problem solving, the ability to envision solutions with actionable strategy, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The position of Sr. Analyst Audience Development & Insights will join a Director dedicated to delivering critical analyses and impactful data insights to inform a wide range of strategic decisions influencing the growth of the Andscape brand. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting and interpreting analyses of content performance trends and developing insights to influence and support future content decisions
  • Leveraging market and consumer research to inform audience-driven analyses and determine how Andscape invests in content marketing and promotion
  • Serving as a key point of contact for Andscape content platform leaders looking for deeper dives into series and program performance analytics and audience behavior trends
  • Day to day management of key audience development tools like managing newsletter and SMS marketing messaging and fielding adhoc SEO requests

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working within data analytics
  • The ideal candidate would have a passion for all forms of content, and foundational knowledge of the digital, social and streaming landscape
  • A deep bench of knowledge and experience across at least one of the following areas:
    • Expertise in data exploration and data science
    • Advanced knowledge of Nielsen, and other content and audience measurement services and tools (comScore, Tubular, Omniture)
  • Demonstrated experience developing advanced analytics deliverables
  • Ability to build trust and partnerships across various teams and functions with strong influencing and change management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills – written, oral, presentation and storytelling
  • Superior strategic problem solving and analytical skills; including talent for developing hypotheses, designing analytic plans, analyzing data, drawing key insights and developing clear recommendations
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Macro creation and modification; Proficient with PowerPoint, Keynote
  • Must be motivated, disciplined, flexible, and be able to work effectively in collaborative and autonomous environments
  • Enthusiasm and curiosity for solving problems and answering challenging questions, while maintaining superior attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working within data analytics
  • Prior experience digital, social and streaming content analytics is a plus

Required Education:

  • High School diploma

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Salary range:

• The salary range for this role is $73,000/year to $101,000/year

• The pay range for this position in Colorado is $78,000/year to $105,000/year per year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
