Position Summary: 

The Senior Marketing Analyst will support our Customer & Product Marketing teams. This role will be the owner of all reporting and analytics related to the marketing efforts of both our Customer Marketing and Product Marketing teams. This includes, but is not limited to:  Customer Upsells, Loyalty and Churn, TAM analysis, and Campaign ROI.  

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Provide regular updates, identify trends, analyze results, and make actionable recommendations to Customer Marketing KPIs 
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing team to define their key success indicators and develop a process for measuring and reporting said indicators 
  • Create efficient processes for data collection, organization and storage required to produce requested data insights and reporting in a timely manner 
  • Develop processes for reporting, tracking, and measuring the success of marketing-led churn initiatives 
  • Analyze email campaign results (open/click rates, engagement, sales) and provide team members with detailed insights on the campaigns retention and/or revenue generating impact 
  • Execute A/B tests of key marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive continuous improvement 
  • Drive enhancements in marketing effectiveness, resource efficiency and reporting capabilities, via integrated data flows, templates, and automated processes 

Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience 
  • 4+ years of previous analyst experience 
  • Expert-level Excel user 
  • Experience with Domo, Tableau, Microsoft BI, or similar a plus 
  • Salesforce experience a plus 
  • Experience with Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or HubSpot a plus
