RxRevu is hiring a Staff Data Analyst to lead in a multi-faceted, client-facing role for a growing Healthcare IT company. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can lead and innovate on projects across the spectrum of needs from start to finish. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues on the analytics, engineering, client services, and commercial teams to identify and develop analytics content and communicate key findings to stakeholders that will have an impact on the business as a whole. The successful candidate will use their years of experience to quickly embed themselves into the team and data pipelines as a leader and innovator, and help mentor and grow the team.

Among other things, responsibilities in this role include:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex projects for payers, providers and internal business units
  • Communicate with internal business units and external clients regarding data acquisition, content delivery, and findings
  • Maintain and extend our existing systems using Agile practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal business units and/or external clients, meeting their data analytics needs

At this level, you will be expected to perform the following:

  • Leverage years of experience and expertise to innovate, mentor, and grow the team in positive directions, including exposing the team to new technologies, tools, processes, and knowledge that improve the product and/or team
  • Author company wide data analytics initiatives
  • Expertly communicate with internal and external business units on their data requests and any analysis and findings generated from that
  • Own the production, operation, and monitoring of data modeling and data visualization infrastructure
  • Develop a high level of proficiency with RxRevu infrastructure. Troubleshoot infrastructure failures, implement internal monitoring of infrastructure, research and recommend alternative infrastructure solutions.
  • Serve as the go-to person for areas of knowledge, and takes initiative to learn new areas of knowledge
  • Proactively mentor and support other team members to help them grow their careers
  • Proactively manage your work queue and takes initiative to understand other in-flight and upcoming work on the team and the company
  • Contribute to and lead team meetings, moving the conversation forward in a positive and constructive manner
  • Follow established processes and standards in the development, testing, and deployment of solutions
  • Enforce established processes and standards in the development, testing, and deployment of solutions through peer review and proactive feedback
  • Continually look for ways to improve team processes and provide feedback and proposed changes in positive and constructive ways
  • Make a positive impact on the team and the company at large

Ideal qualifications we seek in a candidate:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with consideration given to Master’s, Bachelor’s or Associate's degrees in statistics, information sciences, information technology or other applicable concentration as well as certificates from accredited coding bootcamps
  • Experience with healthcare data
  • Expertise with programming in relevant statistical languages such as Python/R/Excel
  • Expertise with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau
  • Expertise with data querying and languages such as SQL
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive creative and unique solutions
  • Adept at translating vague ideas into clear, defined goals, and an ability to drive the execution of those goals
  • Strong attention to details, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain productive, positive relationships with other members of the RxRevu team
  • A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with electronic health records or other healthcare provider-facing software solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud storage and computing services/platforms

This is a full-time remote position, with the option of traveling to cowork in our Denver, CO headquarters a few times a year. The successful candidate must already have authorization to work in the United States. At this time, RxRevu does not offer sponsorship. Anticipated hiring range for this position:

$100,000 to $135,000 Annually
