What You Will Do
Hit the Ground Running: A comprehensive 90-day onboarding program designed to familiarize you with the company, technology, context, and key stakeholders, ensuring you are fully productive by the end of the period.
Become an AI Strategist: Analyze and improve HackerOne's AI approach, identifying areas to supercharge our customers’ security defenses.
Code like a Champion: Write and optimize code to turn AI ideas into reality, accelerating our progress and delivering results.
Partner with the Best: Collaborate with our elite hacker community and lead engineers to develop a groundbreaking machine learning roadmap.
Empower Your Team: Mentor and coach fellow engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growing the next generation of security AI experts.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years experience building production software systems
Experience building, integrating and deploying ML models in production environments
Must be based remotely in US or Canada. HackerOne is a digital-first company. This model offers our employees flexibility in time and location. All employees must be able to work and excel in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Ruby/Rails experience
Experience with Computer Security from a red team and/or blue team perspective
Experience with ML Ops pipelines for continuous evaluation, improvement and deployment
