About the Role
In this role you will be paving the way for Clari Groove’s Analytics platform. You will work closely with our engineers and product partners to provide our customers with the ability to gain insights from their vast data sets. You will develop and manage data pipelines, analyze and wrangle data to ensure a high degree of quality, and be a thought leader in setting the foundation for our new Analytics platform.

This is a work-from-home opportunity based in Alberta, Ontario or British Columbia provinces. Candidates must be a Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen. We are unable to provide work authorization sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

    • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting
    • Develop data models and schemas that support data warehousing and business intelligence efforts
    • Collaborate with engineering and product to understand data needs and develop solutions for our customer’s analytics needs
    • Implement data quality and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability
    • Optimize and tune SQL queries for improved performance and scalability
    • Create dashboards, reports, API endpoints and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders

Qualifications

    • 8+ years experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role
    • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
    • Experience with ETL/ELT tools and techniques (e.g., Fivetran, dbt, Airflow)
    • Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)
    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sisense)
    • Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, Ruby, Java) for scripting and automation
    • Experience with in-app analytics and embedding analytics is a plus
    • Experience with real-time data processing like Apache Spark is a plus
    • Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS is a plus
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

      Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.

      The salary range for this position is $165,00 to $247,000 CAD. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
