We are looking for a passionate and analytically minded professional to join the Strategic Finance team. Strategic Finance is responsible for driving company strategy, empowering executive decision making, and guiding the company towards achieving its goals. The Finance Business Partner team is responsible for informing company strategy, owning planning and budgeting, and performing financial analyses throughout the company. You will have a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and use quantitative insights to drive better decision-making across the whole organization.

What You'll Do

  • Forecast vendor spend for most of the vendors in the Tech organization (100< existing vendors)
    • Building out understanding of vendor cost pipeline
    • Accruals based on usage (some of which the data pipelines need to be built). 
    • Assist in the classification of our vendor spend; clean up GLs (nomenclature), departments (who is responsible for the spend), and the PO's (correct coding) to match
    • Day-to-day ownership of Coupa and vendor relationships/payments teams (Strategic Sourcing, AP, Accounting Ops, and Procurement)
    • Management of forecast within Anaplan and reconciliation of actuals vs. forecast and budget (cost and service metrics)
    • Assist with annual budget target setting for GLs within scope
    • Establish vendor library of all Tech vendors by type, functionality, cost and ownership
  • Forecast usage metrics; although this varies by vendor, the expectation is to essentially derive values based on S&OP team’s forecast and the actuals which you’ll be responsible for and combine it with the assumptions your business partners will supply.
  • Supply the data for the monthly review of vendor spend for: Eng, InfoSec/IT, and Risk functions
  • Backup HC management for team redundancy
    • Reconciliation of headcount by function vs. forecast and budget 
  • Generate reporting of cost per user on Corporate Software

Compensation & Benefits

The actual salary may be less than the lower range or greater than the upper range, depending on skills and experience. No employee is guaranteed salary at the amount of the lower range.
