Mission:
Reporting to the Director, GTM Strategy & Operations, this role will drive analytics for our go-to-market strategic initiatives. The individual will operate as the analytics lead working cross functionally with product, engineering, marketing, data science and corporate strategy to deliver insights and drive analytics for Bill.com’s most critical strategic initiatives. This is a high impact role that has tremendous career and professional growth potential. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data and analytics and interested in working in a rapidly growing SaaS/Fintech company. The role can be remote or hybrid at our HQ in San Jose, CA
List of Responsibilities/Duties:
- Partner with the GTM, Product, Marketing and Finance team to drive data insights derived from complex data analysis stitching together data from various Bill.com sources
- Perform complex data analysis to identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement
- Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance indicators across a range of segments, geographies, and go-to-market teams
- Collaborate with colleagues in data science, marketing insights, GTM strategy and finance to enhance Bill.com’s data platform and reporting capabilities
- Develop complex SQL queries and partner with colleagues in data science, engineering and GTM to undertake complex statistical analyses
Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role"
- 2+ years of total work experience in an analytics role (Analytics, Data Science, Strategy, Finance, Business Operations, Management Consulting)
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Quicksight)
- Strong data mindset with demonstrated aptitude for complex data analysis and passion for analytics and data science
- Intellectually curious, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
- Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Fast mover with drive to iterate
- BS/BA in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
