Role

At Life House, a systems Analyst will design systems and frameworks. We are seeking a Systems Analyst who will have experience developing and programming within Salesforce, you will need to be comfortable analyzing, designing, and implementing systems into our current application systems and able to work with Web Services such as API or GraphQL. With new hotels opening every month, our team is acutely focused on implementing scalable solutions while consistently improvising our value proposition to hotel owners - increasing hotel revenue and decreasing hotel operating cost. 

Responsibilities

• Will need to analyze, design, and implement systems into our current application structure
• Able to Code SQL queries 
• Able to effectively research to become proficient in our current system
• Create report/dashboards in Salesforce 
• Use flow to automate business processes
• Code with Apex (Backend)/ Aura component (Frontend)
• Write unit test and make development
• Experience using Webflow
• Perform troubleshooting on production issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain knowledge on all new technology and provide required training and coordinate with teams

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years experience as a System’s Analyst 
• Experience in writing Code
• Comfortable working in an Agile Environment
• Knowledge in using web services (REST and GraphQL)
• Experience with one or all of following systems
• Salesforce (Admin or Developer Skill)
• Amazon Web Services (Admin or Developer skill)
• Google Workspace
• Mailchimp (or any other email service)
