Amplify is seeking enthusiastic interns to join our team this summer to help us build and grow our innovative educational products in a fully remote program. The Amplify Internship program is open to college students for opportunities in Digital and Print Curriculum, Marketing, Design, Illustration, Operations, Production, Technology, and more.


The ideal candidate for our Impact Research Analyst Intern will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, a love for digital products, and be an eager teammate willing to help out and learn. The Intern should also be passionate about education and data, research, and statistical analytics.


Our summer program is a paid internship that runs between six to eight weeks, from mid-June to early/mid-August. We are conducting interviews virtually from February through April 2024. In addition to their job responsibilities, the 2024 summer interns will be exposed to the larger Amplify culture through participation in product demos, team builder activities, and opportunities to engage with Amplify's Employee Resource Groups, as well as participation in other DEIA initiatives.


Amplify’s COVID-19 vaccination policy requires all staff to provide proof of vaccination for in-person meetings unless an approved exemption is provided.

The Impact Research Analyst Intern’s primary duties may include but are not limited to:


Researching industry best practices and market trends
Gathering and analyzing competitor collateral and data
Utilizing our current research data for student outcomes and trends
Support our customer insights and research team on developing studies, data dashboards and trainings for our internal teams


Basic Qualifications of the 2024 Summer Intern, Impact Research Analyst:


●    Active enrollment as a College Student
●    Available for 6 - 8 weeks during the summer (full-time weekly schedule)
●    Knowledge of and interest in the education field
●    Passion for DEIA: A genuine interest in creating a more equitable and inclusive   environment is essential.
●    Ability to understand, manipulate, and interpret data using tools like Excel, SQL, R, and Python.
●    Skilled in identifying relevant sources, extracting information, and evaluating its credibility.
●    Understanding of basic statistical concepts and ability to apply them to analyze data.
●    Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings in reports, presentations, and discussions.


Preferred qualifications of th2024 Summer Intern, Impact Research Analyst:
●    Ability to analyze information objectively, identify patterns, and draw  conclusions.
●    Meticulousness in data handling, ensuring accuracy and avoiding errors.
●    Efficient organization and planning to meet deadlines and workload demands.
●    Willingness to learn new skills, adjust to changing priorities, and embrace unfamiliar tasks.
●    Ability to think outside the box and propose new ideas and creatively share research findings
●    Taking ownership of tasks and showing initiative to learn beyond assigned duties.

This role is eligible for participation in a lucrative 401(k) plan. The gross hourly rate for this role is $25.00
