We’re looking for a data engineer contractor with experience implementing HEDIS measures, you will work directly with clients and collaborate with other Good Data team members to deliver high quality measures for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to create HEDIS measures, and other non-HEDIS clinical measures that are important to our clients.

  • Create supporting reports and patients worklists to help client achieve positive outcomes towards these clinical measures.

  • Collaborate with client leadership and clinical staff to prioritize clinical measures.

  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment tasks to improve data quality and usability.

  • Provide training and technical support to client technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience implementing clinical measures in the past, ideally to CMS or HEDIS specs.

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, software engineering, or data science.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one programming language (Python, Ruby, Scala, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation

  •  $110-140/hour depending on seniority, 10-20 hours per week.
