Role Overview

As MIRROR's newest Supply Chain Finance Analyst, you'll be the main voice in the company for reporting how resources are being utilized in the Supply Chain and will partner with Finance, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing to develop budgets, forecast future spend, and assist with month-end activities. You'll be joining our growing Supply Chain team and reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Operations.

How You'll Add Value:

    • Working with our supply chain team to develop financial projections and work on business cases to potential changes in our products, network, or partner relationships 
    • Working with our engineering and production teams to identify and mitigate distressed inventory as a result of potential changes in demand or BOM
    • Forecast out our BOM and middle mile costs and perform bias analysis on how those forecasts compare with actuals 
    • Tracking the cost of quality with our suppliers and ensuring that any appropriate credits are processed and received in a timely manner 
    • Developing and installing best practices into the team

What You Bring to the Team:

    • 1-3 years minimum of work experience; Previous experience in Supply Chain or Finance
    • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets (i.e. index/Match, pivot tables, macros, SQL)
    • Comfort building Excel models
    • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and an effective time manager
