Role Overview:

As MIRROR’s newest Senior Supply Chain Logistics Analyst, you’ll be a primary contact for cross-team stakeholders as well as external technology partners, supporting relevant relationships and processes. You’ll be joining our growing Supply Chain Logistics Team, and reporting directly to the Last Mile Manager.

You will build out more robust dashboards and use this reporting to drive actionable optimizations in terms of delivery performance and cost, and we look forward to becoming a better organization because of it. At MIRROR, personal improvement isn’t a luxury, it’s a business imperative.

How You’ll Add Value:

    • Supporting the execution of last mile deliveries, including sustaining SLAs, ensuring inventory accuracy, and auditing invoices
    • Analyzing KPIs (e.g., delivery timelines, reschedules) and providing actionable insights and recommendations
    • Partnering with the data team to build out more robust KPI dashboards
    • Supporting monthly financial close activities
    • Supporting the functionality of our technology stack (TMS, delivery experience management platform)
    • Supporting the Supply Chain relationship with Lululemon Retail (coordinating deliveries, tracking costs, and managing communication)
    • Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders

What You Bring to the Team:

    • At least 3 years direct experience in logistics
    • Solid understanding of how logistics interacts with end-to-end supply chain fundamentals 
    • Proficiency in Excel modeling and analysis skills
    • Effective planner and delegator

Bonus Points:

    • Experience within Last Mile Logistics
    • E2Open, Looker, and/or Convey experience 
    • Lean Six Sigma Certification
