We are a small, dedicated team with extensive experience in the web3 space, committed to creating world-class products that blend elegance and usability while prioritizing user sovereignty and decentralization.

To expand our capabilities, we are looking to hire an experienced Data Scientist who can work across our team’s most important and complex projects.

Responsibilities

Business Health Insights

  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics, identifying trends and patterns that impact the company's overall health.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast business performance, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Create reports and dashboards to visualize business health metrics for executive review and team communication.

Quantitative Insights and Market Data

  • Gather, clean, and analyze market data to provide insights into market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Conduct customer segmentation and behavior analysis to guide marketing and product strategies.

Product Analytics

  • Work closely with product teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
  • Analyze user behavior and product usage data to uncover insights that drive product improvements and enhancements.

Data Infrastructure & Visualization

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to implement robust data tracking mechanisms to capture relevant user interactions and events.
  • Create well-organized and structured data tables that facilitate efficient querying and reporting.
  • Develop clear and concise data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or custom visualization libraries.

Communication

  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and insights to diverse teams, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Regularly share updates on data analysis progress and results to ensure alignment and transparency across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role on consumer-facing applications.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Amplitude, Power BI).
  • Ability to distill complex business data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding data-driven solutions.
  • Solid foundation in data engineering principles, including database design and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with data tracking tools and techniques for capturing user interactions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • An interest in NTFs, crypto data, and a willingness to learn more about the crypto ecosystem.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

  • Data science experience in the web3 space and experience with Dune.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts.

Salary Range

  • $175,000 - $220,000 (based on experience/qualifications)
