About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, data-driven Analytics Consultant who loves digging into customer data to uncover valuable insights, solving complex problems, and driving optimal decision-making based on identified trends and opportunities. This customer-facing role will work within our Analytics practice on our Professional Services team to help customers understand the health of their ABM (account-based marketing) program, segment trends, ROI and opportunities. 

You will be developing reporting and insights, primarily leveraging Demandbase platform and customer data from CRMs and Marketing Automation Systems to provide insights and recommendations. 

The base compensation range for this role is: $83,000 to $125,750.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with customer data to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns 
  • Creating a measurement strategy that helps customers understand how to measure the success of their ABM efforts
  • Design and build dashboards, presentations and reports for customers to answer questions and drive recommendations
  • Joining calls with customers to understand their needs, scope out reports and deliver presentations with insights

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-4+ years of experience working with customer data in a customer-facing role (Services or Agency background preferred), ideally at a SaaS company
  • Professional experience in reporting and analytics and presenting findings to customers
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python
  • Experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
  • Experience in consulting projects with stakeholders across the organization
  • Experience working in CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce)
  • Strong communication skills and team player
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly 
  • Understanding of marketing practices and technologies desirable
  • Experience providing strategic recommendations, especially around marketing practices desirable
