About the Role:

As a member of the Sales Operations team, you will become a go-to member of the team on a wide variety of Business Intelligence projects. You will be working with internal departmental stakeholders as well as with key Customer stakeholders ranging from executives, sales management, advertising, finance, marketing and support/services. This role reports to the VP of Sales Operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building scalable data models in Tableau CRM that scale into the future and support a wide variety of reporting and visualization needs
  • Designing visualizations of data models that meet stakeholder requirements
  • Analyzing the data to make proactive suggestions about the business or where improvements could be made
  • Maintaining dashboards and datasets that become part of our operational reporting infrastructure

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-4 years of applicable experience in a similar role at a software company
  • Experience in Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics, Einstein Discovery and/or other related BI platforms (ex: Tableau, Power BI, etc..)
  • Experience creating dashboards within Einstein Analytics
  • Able to translate business requirements to technical requirements
  • Understanding data flows and able to manage requirements
  • Experience managing complex data sets (ex: SFDC, S3, GCP, Netsuite) and use tools like recipe builder to create unified datasets for repeated use in reporting
