Join our Data Operations team and play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the company. Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for building quality into the analytics and instrumentation practices. Your drive for pragmatic perfectionism will mean you provide guidance, hands-on support, and enforcement mechanisms to ensure adherence to best practices in the product analytics and data modeling stack. Over time, you may be expected to become the owner and first point of contact for critical systems within our ecosystem, and apply improvements to all under your stewardship.

We’d love to chat if you have:

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a data warehouse role, or 3+ years in a BI/Analytics role.
• 2+ years of experience in a growth stage company or startup
• Proficiency in at least one SQL language (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Experienced with workflow tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, or similar.
• Moderate proficiency in at least one BI platform (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc).
• Moderate proficiency in Python.
