About The Role

The Analytics Project Manager at JustAnswer supports a talented Analytics team in the work we do supporting our community of partners across the company.  The role has overall leadership responsibility for the planning and delivery of complex JA partners, product development, and Analytics projects and requires a solid history of delivering within a technical environment. This position requires a high level of leadership, planning, communication skills and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ongoing productive client/stakeholder relationships
  • Provide the leadership and discipline to achieve combined partner and Analytics team goals and objectives
  • Responsible for:
    • Project schedule and completion
    • Partner relationship management
    • Allocation of resources
    • Consulting with partners on issue resolution

Qualifications

     Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
  • 3+ years’ minimum experience with the following:
    • Leading technical and business systems projects
    • Lean development practices
    • Documentation led development
    • Working within Scrum and Kanban frameworks
    • Developing project management methodologies
    • Leading complex projects / programs
    • Data integration or infrastructure
  • Project Management (MPM, PMP etc.) and/or ITIL Certification preferred
  • Working Knowledge of:
    • Project Management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
    • Tools to report on risks in project schedule; knowledge of corrective action steps to reduce risks and mitigate problems
  • Proven ability to:
    • Lead and facilitate tough discussions and develop and present professional presentations with management and partners
    • Effectively communicate and build strong business relationships with all levels inside the organization
    • Effectively create an effective team environment, negotiate, solve problems and conflicts, and manage resources
  • Strong management, and organization development skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to work in a team environment and rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Promote co-creation and encourages others to participate; works smoothly across all levels and departments
  • Manages time and meetings effectively, properly leveraging managers' time

Work Environment
