We are looking for a Biomedical Data Analyst to join our Science Team at BenchSci. You will be reporting to the Experimental Data Manager, Product & Science. Working a minimum of 15 hours per week, you will help ensure that BenchSci is delivering the highest quality scientific data to our end-users. To accomplish this you will work on projects with members of our Science team, R&D Science team, and our Machine Learning team. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to participate in our discovery process for new features - sharing your scientific insights with our Design and Product teams

You Will:

    • Analyze and categorize biomedical product data
    • Label biomedical data for machine learning training
    • Audit data from both ends of our data extraction efforts

You Have:

    • Active enrolment or completion of a Ph.D. or MSc. in a life sciences discipline
    • Experience in the practical execution of a variety of molecular research techniques and methodologies.
    • Knowledge in gene/protein nomenclature and are familiar with open proteomic databases such as UniProt.
