We are looking for a Senior Data Operations Manager to join our Product & Science Team on a 9 month contract. The Senior Data Operations Manager works with Product & Science team leadership to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and remove roadblocks for the team. After this period, you will either transition to another role in the company or we will do our best to help you find a different position at another great company. You will report to the SVP of Product & Science.

You will:

    • Manage and evolve Science team operations
    • Improve existing processes and set up new ones that scale as we grow in size and complexity
    • Encourage communication within and between teams
    • Manage and grow all the necessary planning and reporting infrastructure, including project plans, capacity planning, dashboards, status reports, SOPs, etc.
    • Encourage quarterly project planning and OKR setting across Science
    • Keep a pulse on team culture and morale, and identify opportunities for improvement

You have:

    • 2+ years experience in Project Management and/or Operations
    • MSc or Ph.D. in life sciences or related fields
    • Experience with data processing tools such as MS Excel, SQL, or Python
    • Experience working in an agile environment
    • Knowledge in molecular/cell biology and genetic techniques
