Our Marketplace Optimization team is committed to unlocking the value of Karat’s Interview Engineering community by conducting performance analysis, providing insights, and contributing to the planning and execution of community initiatives.

What you will do

As a Business Analyst, Marketplace Supply at Karat, you will maintain and improve how we forecast, plan, and report on a variety of key deliverables. Working with partners in marketing, product, and technical content, you will work to better identify delivery gaps and opportunities, and make recommendations to improve Karat’s interview experience.

  • Maintain and improve key team deliverables, including forecasts, resource plans, weekly and ad hoc reporting, team planning documents.
  • Help identify operational weaknesses and improve or innovate new and existing processes.
  • Build and present models, findings, and insights to the Interview Delivery team that contributes to future direction and team strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure that insights inform broader critical initiatives.
  • Help ensure operational efficiency in our marketplace and invest in building a strong foundation for scale.

The experience you will bring

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain, marketplace or business operations
  • Data-first problem solver with excellent spreadsheet and data analysis skills
  • Expertise SQL skills (can write complex queries)
  • Strong, concise communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience operating independently with high output
  • High-growth, quick change startup experience a plus

This is a full-time, salaried position. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Karat’s HQ is based in Seattle, Washington, but we are open to remote candidates for this role (within the U.S.).
