Reporting to the EVP, Customer, the Business Analytics Manager will work to provide key insights into deployment performance to ensure effective management of resources and projects within the Implementation organization. By effectively managing backlogs, ensuring customer and product readiness, and identifying revenue opportunities, you will contribute to the organization's growth and customer satisfaction. Your strategic thinking, project management skills, and ability to collaborate with various teams will be essential in achieving deployment excellence.

You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

What You'll Do

    • Manage and track the sum of recognized and unrecognized revenue in the backlog and working with leadership to adjust priorities to meet changing business needs
    • Work closely with Customer Success teams to understand customer requirements and provide guidance on the deployment process.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategies for leveraging deployment activities to drive additional revenue.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management by providing strategic recommendations based on market analysis, revenue projections, and industry insights. 
    • Assist in decision-making processes to drive revenue growth and overall business success.
    • Gather and analyze deployment analytics data to provide insights and recommendations.
    • Present data through compelling storytelling, and create executive-level presentations to effectively communicate the deployment progress, revenue opportunities, and key metrics to the executive team.
    • Play a key role in scaling reporting operations by developing and maintaining dashboards that effectively showcase deployment activity and productivity
    • Serve as a resource to support day-to-day reporting needs, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of deployment-related analytics
    • Collaborate with Implementation Leaders to drive better business processes that allow for measurement and analysis every step of the way

What We'll Expect From You

    • 5+ years of experience in effectively managing backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and driving successful deployment outcomes
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and drive business growth
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets- you can maintain spreadsheets and perform complex functions 
    • Outstanding ability to clearly and thoughtfully articulate problems and resolutions, and communicate complex concepts effectively to Executive Leadership
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally internally to advocate on behalf of our customers and their needs, and work independently when needed.
