Reporting to the Data Analytics/Business Intelligence Analyst, this key role will focus on enhancing data driven decision making in helping accelerate Jasper Health’s mission. Additionally, the role will focus on uncovering data insights with numerous stakeholders including: product managers, clinical teams, and data engineering teams. We are looking for someone with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and to provide guidance in the formulation of data analyses from concept through presentation phases.

Role and Responsibilities

Data Analytics: Research, develop, and implement data gathering and data collection methods. Finding patterns or seeing areas in the data that signal a potential for improvement in business. Share actionable insights with cross functional teams.

Breaking down key business data: Gather, clean and analyze various data including Revenue, sales, marketing information, or customer engagement metrics of business. 

Consult with management and relevant stakeholders to define business trackable goals. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to align partnership activities with the product roadmap, marketing initiatives, and revenue objectives.

Someone who has a passion for quality and data accuracy and who enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents and a dynamic fast paced environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• 4+ years of professional experience in business intelligence or analytics 
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling
• Extensive experience in building Data Visualizations in services like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Extensive experience in SQL (Google BigQuery)
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-based infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Familiarity with coding languages such as Python, Java or R (Preferred)
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Team based mentality and willingness to work with others either domestically or internationally
• Strong written and verbal English skills.

Conditions of Contract

• You must be authorized to work in the United States
• Applicants will be required to pass a background check 
• Currently not hiring in the states of CA, NY, WA and CO.
