We are hiring for a Business Operations Analyst Intern to help develop and implement operations processes and frameworks including business intelligence reporting, fraud management and monitoring. The candidate is enthusiastic about reinventing the banking experience and has a history of working in an environment that requires you to think outside of the box. The candidate is a critical thinker, highly analytical, and is expected to work with and process large sets of data. The candidate to be a strong technical writer in order to document business processes.

You'll...

    • Enhance current or develop new business operations processes;
    • Pull data that will drive business decisions
    • Draft and publish technical documents and business processes/procedures; Reporting: run existing reports, develop new reports, ad-hoc data analysis;
    • Business operations/administration: provide support to our Member Care, Business Intelligence and Fraud/Risk teams;
    • Coordinate and manage various document development activities and projects;
    • Experience working with database query language 
    • Reports into Senior Manager, Banking Operations

    • you have experience with Analytical/Critical Analysis;
    • you are proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and GSuite;
    • you have knowledge of SQL (nice-to-have);
    • you have knowledge of one or more data-focused programming language such as Python, R as applied to processing data sets (nice-to-have);
    • you have knowledge or experience in relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra or others (nice-to-have).
