WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Perform a national and local analysis of the primary care physician marketplace  to determine total addressable market, market segments and sizing, targeting prioritization to focus go-to-market efforts.
• Develop sales enablement support tools to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Track value-based care market intelligence to inform go to market strategies, and evolve value-proposition effectiveness. 
•  Analyze sales activities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead problem solving and coordination efforts between various business units
• Perform spot market analyses to support specific sales opportunities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the primary care physician market and evolving value based care landscape.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, health care, or a related field work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in relevant fields, ideally in value-based healthcare.
• Knowledge of accountable care, ACO models, risk based contracting, value-based care, and population health management.
• Strong research and analytic skills
• Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast moving, entrepreneurial environments where change and rapid evolution are the norms.
• Keen ability to manage focus while juggling multiple priorities, and knowing when to elevate.
• Collaborative, supportive, and candid with teammates; proactive in asking questions and eager to lend a helping hand.
